Excellence is a key focus for us, becoming an Investor in People since 1998 and following the Excellence Model since 2001, operating within an ethos of continuous learning. We are a Mindful Employer, accredited with the 2 Tick Disability Symbol.

We are regulated by the Care Quality Commission, and our services are monitored on a regular basis. Our Community Support Services and Registered Residential Care Homes have been rated as 2 star (good), the highest rating is 3 stars. Our Community Support Services are also monitored and evaluated by Supporting People teams. All have achieved B ratings.

In 2006 we were recognised at the London Excellence Awards for People Involvement in Development, and won the prestigious Best of Business Award for our commitment to staff training and development in 2002.

We use an internal audit system of services to maintain our high standards and to ensure consistency across the organisation.
