Our aim is to ensure we deliver the highest quality of service for our beneficiaries, be a provider of choice to our sector partners and deliver services that are value for money.
Quality Organisation: As Ambassadors of Excellence we strive to achieve the standards of EFQM. We have achieved Level 2 with EXOR and have developed our own quality audit system, Comprehensive Unannounced Themed Assessments (CUTA) which link directly to the CQC Essential Standards and the Supporting People Quality Assessment Framework.
Quality Staff: We recognise that to deliver high quality services we must recruit and train staff of the highest calibre. We are proud to be holders of a Silver Investors in People Award since 2010 and have made it to The Times Top 100 Best Not-For-Profits to work for in the UK, list for three years running!
Quality Service: We are regulated by the Care Quality Commission and constantly strive to exceed our service level agreements. By providing our Community Engagement & Inclusion Services we add value to the portfolio of services we provide. All of our Registered Services have achieved a minimum CQC rating of GOOD in ALL areas.
Experts through Experience: An Expert through Experience is someone who uses mental health services now or has done in the past and now works for Community Options. Our Experts through Experience make excellent role models and offer a unique and valuable perspective to their roles within our organisation.
