Service User Involvement Projects
The Service User Involvement Project (SUIP) was set up to enable those with mental-health needs to participate actively in the planning, development and implementation of mental-health services within the London Borough of Tower Hamlets. Staff have broad experience of working in mental health and specialist knowledge of diverse communities, cultures and languages. The project supports 23 service-user-led groups and facilitates an open service-user-forum ‘Your Say, Your Day,’ led by local members of the community affected by mental health.
