Specialist Mental Health Training and Consultancy Services

We provide specialist mental health training and consultancy services to develop and deliver training, conference and consultancy services for statutory and voluntary sector organisations. Our consultancy services align with our principles to promote and increase mental health and wellbeing. Clients include strategic management teams, carers, people who are on their recovery journeys, clinicians, staff and employers, in both specialist and mixed groups. To deliver these services we use our own staff and partner with others who have the relevant expertise, often experts through experience.

Our services include helping organisations to develop, sustain and enhance recovery-orientated approaches. We deliver Person-Centred Planning (PCP) training and supervision groups, Wellness Recovery Action Planning (WRAP), personal development, mental health awareness, train the trainer, recruitment and selection and the provision of expert panel members. We also develop bespoke training and leading action learning sets, and are experienced in the design and management of interactive conferences, having provided speakers for national social inclusion and recovery conferences. An important part of our work is to educate and train people. In the last four years, our training and consultancy services have expanded, and we have developed bespoke training programmes for voluntary and statutory organisations supporting the introduction of recovery approaches in their work.
