A board of Trustees overseeing the quality of
our services

The work of Community Options is governed and overseen by the Heritage Care, Board of Trustees.

Trustees are recruited from communities in which Heritage Care operates and they bring with them specialist knowledge of running businesses and charities. Many have direct experience and understanding of mental health issues having previously worked within Health & Social Care Services.

The role of the Trustees is to plan and monitor strategic direction, review the effectiveness of the governance process, drive quality and oversee the management functions delegated to our  Management Teams. Our Trustees are very hands on, regularly visiting our services, talking to the people that use our services and seeing first hand the quality of service delivery.
