Quality Organisation: We have developed our own quality audit system, Comprehensive Unannounced Themed Assessments (CUTA) which link directly to the CQC Essential Standards and the Supporting People Quality Assessment Framework.

Quality Service: We are regulated by the Care Quality Commission and constantly strive to exceed our service level agreements. By providing our Community Engagement & Inclusion Services we add value to the portfolio of services we provide.  All of our Registered Services have achieved a minimum CQC rating of GOOD in ALL areas.

Experts through Experience: An Expert through Experience is someone who uses mental health services now or has done in the past and now works for Community Options. Our Experts through Experience make excellent role models and offer a unique and valuable perspective to their roles within our organisation.
