Multi-Site Project Manager

Starting Salary: £30,651 p.a. (38 hours per week) Location: Bromley

We are looking for an experienced individual with great leadership skills to manage two Care Quality Commission Registered Accommodation Projects. The projects are based in Bromley and support up to 18 people with mental health difficulties 24 hours a day to work towards their recovery. Together with the support of two Deputy Project Managers you will be responsible for managing a team of 13 staff. You will also be working with both the Community Flexible support team and Housing Management team  supporting people within the community. You must have experience of working in mental health, managing services and have a Registered Managers Award qualification or equivalent.

Support, Time & Recovery Worker

Starting Salary: £19,101 p.a. (38 hours per week) Location: Bromley

We are looking for people to support our clients within their own homes at times which are flexible to each person.

Are you a natural communicator with a passion for working with people? Do you have any experience of working with vulnerable adults, particularly in the field of mental health?

Do you have a Qualification Credit Framework Diploma level 3 or above in Health and Social Care or equivalent?

Mental Health Support and Recovery Worker

Starting Salary: £19,101 p.a. (38 hours per week) Location: Sutton

 Are you able to form trusting relationships, build confidence and motivate people to achieve their full potential? We are looking for an enthusiastic person to work as part of our team at a supported living project in Sutton. Working with a diverse client group, our Support and Recovery Workers support vulnerable adults with a range of complex mental health needs. You will be supporting people to lead valued and meaningful lives within the community. This role is an excellent opportunity to gain qualifications and develop your skills in the field of mental health.


Flexi Hours – Driver & Horticulture Assistant

Starting Salary: £ 9.35 per hour (casual hours per week)

Branching Out is part of our Community Engagement & Inclusion Services. It gives volunteer participants the opportunity to learn about horticulture and engage with their local environment.  It provides chances for people to learn new skills and work within a team environment.  This in turn helps them maintain and improve their mental wellbeing.

We are looking for a Driver and Horticulture Assistant to support the Horticulture Project Officer to deliver Branching Out activities. You will support the management of the Branching Out project by leading the volunteers to complete practical horticultural activities, assessments and contracted gardening work/projects.

You post holder must have experience of maintaining, improving and managing a green space, experience of working with vulnerable adults and have the ability to drive a van.

Flexi Hours – Support Workers

Starting Salary: £7.63 per hour (casual hours p/w) Location: Bromley, Sutton, Newham

Are you looking for a position that offers a degree of flexibility in working hours to fit in with your other commitments?

Are you a natural communicator with a passion for working with people? Do you have any experience of working with vulnerable adults, particularly in the field of mental health?

Do you have a Qualification Credit Framework Diploma level 2 or above in Health and Social Care or equivalent?

If you can say yes to the questions above then you could be just who we are looking for! We have a limited number of Bank Staff positions available across our Accommodation Services.
