MENTAL HEALTH SUPPORT WORKER

Salary: £19,101 p.a.

Hours of work: 38 hours per week (Shift pattern including nights, weekends, Bank Holidays and Sleep-ins)

Location: London Borough of Bromley

We are look for people to be part of a small team working within a Registered accommodation based project. You will be supporting people to lead valued and meaningful lives within the community.

You must be able to form trusting relationships, build confidence and motivate people to achieve their full potential. Working with a diverse client group our Support Workers support vulnerable adults with a range of mental health needs. For example depression, anxiety and schizophrenia as well as social care issues such as alcohol and substance use. This role is an excellent building block to help establish your career in mental health.

Location: London Borough of Bromley

We are looking for people to support our clients within their own homes at times which are flexible to each person.

You will be supporting people to lead valued and meaningful lives within the community. You must be able to form trusting relationships, build confidence and motivate people to achieve their full potential. Working with a diverse client group our Support Workers support vulnerable adults with a range of mental health needs, for example depression, anxiety and schizophrenia. You must be an excellent communicator, have experience of working in mental health and have a Qualification Credit Framework Diploma level 3 or above in Health and Social Care or equivalent.

FLEXI HOURS SUPPORT WORKERS

Starting Salary: £8.25 per hour (casual hours p/w) Location: Chislehurst

Are you looking for a position that offers a degree of flexibility in working hours to fit in with your other commitments?

We are looking for a person to be part of a team working within a Registered accommodation based project. Our Chislehurst project is a 24 hour care home for 10 older people with mental health needs.  We believe that everyone is unique and that they should be able to live a life which provides value and hope to them, no matter how their mental illness presents. The post holder must be able to support people with their personal care.

FLEXI HOURS – DRIVER & HORTICULTURE ASSISTANT

Starting Salary: £ 9.35 per hour (casual hours per week)

Branching Out is part of our Community Engagement & Inclusion Services. It gives volunteer participants the opportunity to learn about horticulture and engage with their local environment.  It provides chances for people to learn new skills and work within a team environment.  This in turn helps them maintain and improve their mental wellbeing.

We are looking for a Driver and Horticulture Assistant to support the Horticulture Project Officer to deliver Branching Out activities. You will support the management of the Branching Out project by leading the volunteers to complete practical horticultural activities, assessments and contracted gardening work/projects.

You post holder must have experience of maintaining, improving and managing a green space, experience of working with vulnerable adults and have the ability to drive a van.
