We offer training and development opportunities to all team members, utilising both conventional trainer-led courses and e-learning technologies.
Community Options’ support staff are expected to achieve QCF Level 3 within 2 years of employment and our Managers should achieve a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care.
We provide learning and development throughout your career with us including statutory and mandatory training specific to the needs of the service in which you work. This now includes achieving the Care Certificate for all staff members new to working within the Health and Social Care sector.
