Working for us

Supporting staff to be the best they can

We know that to be a great organisation, we have to listen and support our staff to be the very best.

We offer excellent training and development opportunities with our own in-house training department, as well as external training providers. In addition, all staff have regular Performance, Learning and Supervision sessions with their Managers, to help them achieve their career aspirations.

A great team environment means staff contributions are celebrated monthly though our 5I’s Reward and Recognition scheme. Plus, every two years we hold a fantastic Gala Dinner and Black-tie event to celebrate excellence at our Staff Summer Ball & Award Ceremony.

We offer a great range of benefits including: generous annual leave, a contributory pension scheme, eligibility to join Britain’s biggest union Unite and access to discounts on dentistry and optician costs through health care provider Simplyhealth.
